In overclocking to 4100 MHz at 100 load, the temperature does not exceed 60 degrees. The noise of the cooler is audible only at maximum load. Satisfied with the cooler, it requires a wide case. I can’t judge the smoothness of the surface of the sole, since I didn’t remove my native thermal paste, everything is fine on it.
