Okay, I bought this device despite others reporting that it won't pair with devices. This seems to be true. I could not pair the device with two smartphones or my tablet. However, I found that it failed to pair after receiving notification after notification, so I installed the Snapecg app. After creating the user information, I noticed that the app was writing data from the device. I installed the app on another phone 📱 with no bluetooth setup and nothing. I tried to pair bluetooth again and it said that failed, but the app started to detect and receive data. Although it says the bluetooth connection failed, it works. Two phones with different Snapecg accounts can use the same device, which I find useful. No charges but note that this is Chinese and the registration email went straight to junk mail and the header was written in solar Chinese. It also had English but it took me a while to find the email because I wasn't expecting Chinese.
