Great for the containers I had, but they have an odor I didn't quite like.

Washed well, but the smell has remained. Since I didn't want the water stored in the jars to smell like that, I covered them with plastic first. They still closed the glasses tightly. I really like them and may need to leave them in a container of baking soda to neutralize the odor. I also like the purple color.
