TERRIBLE closure! in Haarpflege

I haven't worn the hair yet, I just received it today. The tufts have an instant great feel and the wefts are not flimsy (meaning minimal shedding). . Conclude. Crap and one star for that. It poured sooooo much when I took it out of the box and ran my fingers over it. Then, when I used the wide-tooth comb as shown in the video, I found it very difficult to comb my hair, which I had never experienced before. It was very very dry. I'm so frustrated because the clasp was the most important thing I needed and now I'm without a clasp.
