I wear medium shirts, bought XL after reading the reviews. I have to say this is great quality compared to other dry fit shirts. I bought Target's Champion brand for $15 each and these 3 packs are $22 and much better quality. I started using dry cut shirts and leggings instead of long underwear. More comfortable and equally warm with the benefit of wicking sweat and cooling. Those who work with the elements should have such a material as their base layer.
