I bought these boots back in the fall. I didn't start to wear them until around Christmas when our weather necessitated it. They are soft, warm and comfortable. But, after only a few uses, the loops for the laces on the right foot fell apart. I ordered them too soon to be able to exchange them. I tried to contact the seller but haven't had a reply yet. This lack of communication maybe from me either not correctly contacting them or not knowing how to find my messages on Ebay. They are wonderful and I would get a second pair if I could get some help about the lace loops.
