Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Enhanced Comfort and Style: Brooks Womens Addiction Walker Athletic Walking Shoes for Women by Julie Brown

Good support best when trail running

Brooks is my best fit compared to all other brands (many of which I have tried and will return). I have high arches and plantar fasciitis in my left foot. My left ankle tends to bend inward when walking. Too bad I'm wearing sneakers that have seen better days. I tried Vionic and Aetrex - neither of them fit my foot. My leg still hurts in these marks. So I went back to Brooks to try Addiction Walker. I found this show a bit shorter. I tried 6.5m - too short and narrow, then 6.5W - also too short but the width was good. Then I tried it in 7W - too wide but the length was good. Thank you Revain for a good return policy. So I finally bought shoes in size 7M and they fit me well. The Addiction Walker has a tight fit on my ankle so I don't bend inward when walking, and my toes have plenty of room so they don't hit the end of the shoe when walking. My only complaint is that the boot sits high on the back of my ankle and therefore rubs uncomfortably. I have to carry a bubble there so it doesn't come out. I think all sneaker manufacturers now design their sneakers like this. I don't like and prefer the vintage style of the low Brooks Vanguard. I have many pairs of these - all worn out. Anyway, the Brooks Addiction Walker is good for my plantar fasciitis and I can now enjoy walking.
