Today was the delivery day for the very first purchase I've made from this retailer, and right away there was a problem. It was not what I had ordered when it arrived! What kind of a loophole is this?! I've never come across anything like this before. Because of the order that was given to the child for his birthday, the child's disposition was spoilt on the holiday, and my wife and I had the same nervousness and spoiled disposition as the youngster. They waited an hour for a free operator and didn't wait; instead, they started filling out a return according to the instructions that were provided; however, at the end of this operation, it is constantly written on top that the application cannot be filed at the moment, try later; there were 5 such attempts, and they all failed! It is not realistic to get through to the operator at all; in fact, it is not even possible. In general, this was both the first and the last time I placed an order through Amazon! A terrible store; I would never suggest it to any of my family members, friends, or acquaintances.
