Review on PALMS by Oscar Ferrell

I like how easy it was to set up our new learning platform for Palms and also to connect with students in real-time. With Palms we are able to see exactly who has logged into each module or lesson as well as which pages they have viewed so far. We can now easily track student progress through modules at different levels of difficulty. There could be some improvements if there were more options when adding courses within a program. It would be nice to be able to add multiple courses from one course provider (e.g. Blackboard). Also, sometimes it takes longer than expected for the system to load after logging in. This doesn't seem to happen often though but just something worth noting! Our school uses this software to keep all our classes organized and make sure everyone knows where their next assignment will come from. Students love being able to log in any time of day to check assignments without having to wait until class starts.
