Review on Black Classic Executive Caressoft Chair with Mahogany Finish - Boss Office Products B905-BK by Kim Cockrum

Bought the same chair under the same brand over 10 years ago. My first, which I used in my home office and have sat in daily for the past 10 years. Levers have some wear but that is to be expected after 10 years. The pneumatic elevator isn't working very well, so I'm fixing it. I bought this chair for my office at work because the original has held up so well. New in quality is in no way inferior to the original. 2 months after buying a new seat, the vinyl cushion broke. The seat wobbles and becomes very uncomfortable. The pneumatic lift is already broken. I use the original at home as often as the second at work. This company should change manufacturers as there is a difference in quality between them.
