I ordered a bottle as it was one of the few liquid soaps in stock at the time and looked interesting. The package arrived quickly, which was surprising given the circumstances. Although the packaging was undamaged, the pump was not screwed tight and there was a small leak, but not a major one. Luckily, they put the bottle in a plastic bag so the inside of the package wasn't sealed - a quick trip to the sink cleaned the bottle. The smell is pleasant, and when washing hands, it feels comfortable and sufficiently moisturizing. that your hands do not dry out, but also do not leave a greasy feeling. Great product, highly recommend.
