These cats came with a small bag in which I stuffed all the contents. I picked up the bag on the way through Shenandoah. Although half the hike was ice-free, we began to traverse an area of significant ice build-up and within minutes we were able to stop, rip out our bags, and slip these crampons on to our boots. We attached the included Velcro to make sure it didn't move and then put it to work. There is no slippage on the track - we have seen others struggle with the ice. The kids didn't want to take them off even when we passed the ice rink. I definitely recommend them.
