Review on Retractable Adjustable Capacity Mountain Attachment by Steven Notsinneh

So I was glad to get this because I don't need the full set of fenders that come with the Bike Company kit so I settled on an aftermarket "rack" decided just to keep your backpack. Goes fairly easy, seems solid but haven't ridden it yet so will update review if needed. 3 stars so far because the packaging had tears when opened and looked like the arrow pictures. For the price I think it should work fine, but we'll see. UPDATE: I changed it to 4 stars because I was driving around town like it wasn't there and it held on without moving and I just bought a bag to attach it to and that's it. works fine too.
