A nice deck with lots of information if you want to explore the history of tarot in depth. He claims that this is not the case for beginners. I am a beginner and have wanted to learn tarot for a long time and have been looking for beginner tarot for a while so I found this deck and when I got it this deck confused me even more than I thought maybe it goes deeper into each card and its origin, leaving you in the dark as to the card's simple meaning in the spread. This is too much information for a beginner, I was so overwhelmed I won't be looking for tarot cards for a while, maybe it just put me off finding a deck for now. My spirit guides keep telling me to get a deck of tarot cards, but I'm just waiting for a sign or something. I think owners should note that this deck is for beginners because it really isn't.
