I like how easy they are with their customer service department! They always respond right away when you have questions or concerns about your account/data storage issues!! The only thing i dislike sometimes there could be more options for some of these features (like backup).

If anyone needs any type off information regarding cloud computing this would definitely come first as far back up goes too. It helps us keep all our files safe from being lost due tthe fact we store them online instead fo hard drives etc..
