Well I can't tell you how well it works or something, sorry I can't install it. If you look at the picture, the white connector is the fan connector that provides the RPM signal. Black Connector - Fan 2. Note the size of the tab on the white and black connectors. They should both be the size of the black connectors. Because the protrusion is too big, you cannot connect a fan to fan connector 1. EDIT: Just got a replacement fan sleeve. same problem. Compare it with another customer photo and see the difference between them. We will come back for a refund.
