Review on ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Enhance your KitchenAid KSM2FPA Food Processor with the Silver Dicing Kit Attachment by Nate Jenkins

Better than the Cuisinart food processor as far as I know.

Purchased with a Kitchen Aid Blender. I also have two Cuisinart stand mixers. I wanted the versatility of a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. The shooting on this isn't as great as on the Cuisinart, but the overall versatility makes up for it. When I need a large shoot, I use Cuisinart. The cutting disc is impressive. One blade and you can cut into different sizes just by moving the slider on the side. It is so easy. I've made squash and made a whole bunch of slices just because I could, I can't with my Cuisinart. In addition, the dice disk is no less effective. I am sold on this product only between these two discs. I diced 1 onion and 2 peppers in under a minute. (see image). The dice disc, you have to place the disc just right and then this other piece on top of it, but once you get the hang of it it won't be difficult. I literally had to go to the owner's manual to assemble the shredder and dice disc. For the chopping disc you will need the spacer they give you but I had to refer to the instructions to figure it out. However, once you get past the initial instruction manual, it will be easier to manage and clean than my Cuisinart. I can do more as I'm not limited to 4, 7 or 12 cups. I can go on and on as long as I have a bowl underneath to catch it all. So lots of flexibility with that. Easy to clean and what I like best is that it comes with a disc holder unlike my Cuisinart which required me to purchase my own disc holder separately. The second photo shows: 3 zucchini and 3 zucchini diced in a few minutes.
