I was a bit disappointed with this product. I bought it to control the temperature of the oil when frying. This usage forms part of the item description and clip to do exactly what is shown as part of the product video. This clip was not included, so there is no way to attach the probe to the wall of the cooking vessel. The included clamp is designed to fit between the grates of the oven rack.
