I would say most valuable part here about flexmrresearch platfrom its live chat feature which helped us more than anything else for collecting insights while interacting with customers and also sharing our work status etc so easily over a web browser! nothing disliked much but still waiting when other people use them then i will give my personal opinion again as usual! they do provide excellent support team who are available 24/7 you get everything explained very well regarding this software on screen share video training sessions which helps me understand how each tool works within minutes only!! I like how quickly you are able track your progress with each survey/research project - which allows for faster results! Sometimes when adding items into surveys they don't show up until after an hour or so later!! So make sure not too many things get added before completing them first otherwise this may happen :). Tracking multiple people's opinions about topics & ideas helps us find what resonates best w our audience.
