This little case is a lot stronger than I thought it was when I got it in the box. I was expecting a hard case to protect my external drive that I need to carry around in my bag from time to time and it fits the bill and is durable too. The zipper is nice and easy in its function of opening and closing the bag without snagging or snagging your teeth. This is a very simple and basic hard case, there is a nice mesh pocket on the left side, which is firmly stitched to keep the hard drive cables in the same place and prevent them from getting lost or getting lost in a big bag. As this hard shell case is fairly durable, there's no point in trying to fit in too many USB sticks, cables or a mini mouse along with the drive - if you can just close the case and zip it up, then it is so protects your technical equipment well. I love that this hard case stays slim so I can easily toss it in my bag on the way from home to the library. Even if you don't use this case for an external hard drive, it can be a nice little protective cover for small loose items in one place, such as a laptop, phone, etc. B.
