06/23/2018 ordered an electric blanket. the ceiling no longer works. 5 year warranty, wanted to change. Before that I had a blanket from this company, bought in March 2017. Since it stopped working after a year, I just replaced it. However, this is the second blanket with the problem so I wanted to ask the company to honor their warranty. Both comforters were purchased through Revain.com. However, there is no way to contact the company. The phone rings once and is always busy. The email address is invalid and emails will be returned as undeliverable. Big disappointment. I liked the duvet, but I don't want to spend that much every year or two when the warranty means nothing.
