I hate this product. I ordered this first because the description said mouthwash tablets. When I received these I was disappointed that they were toothpaste tablets and I had already ordered toothpaste. Secondly, the description also says that there are no sulfates and parabens. It has both and you can try them if you use it. I prefer mint and it tastes like sulfates with a hint of mint. I can't believe I paid $15 for this. Third in a plastic bottle. I thought it was in a glass bottle and I'm trying to reduce plastic waste. It's good for traveling or when space is limited, but I prefer to take a tube of toothpaste or a travel tube with me. Overall this product is a waste of money. I do not recommend.
