So far so good! I kept losing my ball off a straight bar due to a recent piercing, so I ordered replacements and kept a few spares on hand. Not only do the threads fit perfectly (not too tight and not too loose), but they feel real because I didn't have any reactions to the metal. I'm fairly sensitive (can only wear stainless steel, gold, or titanium) and react terribly to anything containing nickel. It's been over a week of constant wear with a still healing piercing and you wouldn't even know it's a replacement if this pearl didn't stay in place :)
