Review on 🎂 High-Quality American Metalcraft 3809 Silver Cake Pans - 9.65" Length x 9.55" Width by Ben Barrington

I bought one of these pans a year ago and I really like it. I've made all kinds of cakes during the pandemic, the upside down cakes are particularly good. Combined with pre-cut 9" parchment, I might consider getting rid of my split form. Then I ordered it as a gift and that's when the problems started. The 6 inch pan came first so I sent it back. The second was a 9 inch pan, but it had an odd bulge around the perimeter of the pan that made it unusable. It almost looks like a joke. I wouldn't risk ordering another one, but would love to know the history of the bulge.
