I was skeptical about ordering pressure gauges. The provenance was not specified and I feared they were of cheap Asian origin. Well I think they are made in China but I was impressed by the quality. The rivets on the body that hold the blades together are well made so these boards will last a lifetime. Yes, they are supplied lubricated, this is necessary as the blades are spring steel and will corrode in a damp environment. All tools need care and a protective oil film. It is recommended to wipe off the factory grease and apply new oil to protect against corrosion. This toolkit gets my highest recommendation.
