Heavy, comfy, lots of extra foam pieces for extra padding!
The seams on one of my pillows have come undone. It was easy to hand sew instead of sending it back. The pillows are VERY thick. I adjusted mine to suit my sleeping preferences and now have 3 pillows because I took so much gel/foam out of the other 2! They smell strange when opened, but that went away after being in a ventilated area. I've been using them for a few weeks and I've definitely noticed a difference! No more neck pain! And they stay very cool, which I like. They are VERY heavy.
