Review on ZeroWater ZR-004 Replacement Filter Cartridges 4-Pack: Ensuring Clean Water, a Basic Pack by Nuzhat Shaver

Filters worked fine although one was leaking BUT I contacted the seller and he replaced it with a new box of 4! Much more generous than I expected, just thought I'd replace one if lucky, but no, replaced the whole box of 4 and was apologetic and friendly. Very nice and sorry for the inconvenience! Would definitely order again. Also a note for those who complain about the smell, this is a sign that it's time to replace it. I have found, as have others, that if you completely drain the filter between uses and don't leave the filter in the water, it will last longer. I still like the zero water filtration system as I live in a village with well water and the softener can't handle everything. It's the best I've tried. Great item, great seller!
