Charging Perfect but causes trackpad problems

The charger costs several times less than the original Lenovo charger and charges the battery perfectly. The trackpad works great when unplugged or plugged into the original charger, but gets jumpy and erratic when plugged into it. As long as the charger is plugged into the wall and laptop (DO NOT RECOMMEND, I DID THIS ONLY TO CHECK). completely stop having problems.
