I like that it is very user friendly in terms of being able train new users without having problems when they are trying something out first time around! Also you do not need an internet connection which makes things easier where we have limited connectivity at our workplace (where this software was used). You could tell from training how much effort went into designing everything so well especially considering its still relatively young - but i am sure more improvements will continue coming down their pipeline soon enough!! Have been using since 2016/2017 now & find nothing really dislikes about them apart maybe price point? As mentioned above there hasnt'been anything majorly negative myself either though would say if your looking towards creating some sorta central platform then definitely go ahead because thats what these apps were made specifically doing anyway right?!
