Did not fit my metal door
Did not help the door after installing with the microcircuit. Everything worked before the installation. My cat was able to stick his head in the tunnel and he unlocked. After installation in a metal door, no dice. Lots of sessions with my cat poking its head in and out of the tunnel and a few chats with support later and they still have no idea. So I have to keep it in manual mode for him to use it. I wish I had known before I bought an expensive microchip door. Support sends me a free tag to see if it works on his collar but if not I installed an expensive microchip door for manual use 😅😭
