I've been looking for HDMI and other USB ports for a long time. I'm one of those buyers who explores all possible options. This unit keeps popping up at the top of my checklist. I ordered it and received it very quickly and started using it as soon as it arrived. I was pleased that the device has some weight and a good quality feel. Remember, it's NOT hard, it just feels well done. All connections are good and tight, I hate the adapter that USB or other plug just falls out of the port. I was amazed that USB-C allows me to connect and use so many other devices at the same time. The device is very well designed and can act as a wedge to place your device on. I use it on my Surface Pro. It's so easy to use, you just have to take it out of the box and plug it in. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again and in fact I will. I would also give 10 stars if possible. Joey
