At this price I wasn't expecting much from this sleek, simple buttonless remote control, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I bought the remote to replace the remote for my old NAD T 750 surround receiver and to be honest I wasn't expecting much control over this complex piece of equipment. And in truth it does not correspond to the characteristics of the original special remote control. But with code easily found on Jasco's website I was able to restore power on/off, input selection and volume control, all the basic functions I needed. Add to that the ability to control two DVD players, one Sony and one Toshiba, and a Sharp TV with the same remote, and I found myself with a very useful device that effectively replaced four separate remotes in all core functionality as well as many of the less important ones. Very satisfied. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. A tip: attach the labels or write the codes you use on the device, as they will be lost when the batteries are dead and will have to be re-entered.
