That it's easy to use (it has its own GUI) with all kinds of different metrics that you can easily configure as well as add your own custom ones too! It also supports alerts through email or SMS notifications which are great for keeping everyone up to date when something goes wrong! The pricing model could be better - there isn't really much choice in between tiers so sometimes we pay more than necessary depending where our workloads lie at any given time.

Some things may take some getting used to like how some graphs look but once they're figured out then everything else flows nicely from here.-Easy setup of new nodes/servers,-Alerting when certain conditions change,etc.
