It really is. The material is spandex, which is very clearly stated in the description, I have no arguments, but the percentages are not accurate or are mixed up. This dress was more like 90% spandex and 10% polyester. I'm not against spandex, I don't call spandex my enemy, but I don't like spandex as the main material in my dresses. Well, here's what's good about it. If you are a short lady like me, the length will suit you. It's a bit shorter, but I think we little girls look even shorter in very long dresses, or at least the long-chested ones (the girl here!), I'd say. I would say the sizing here is pretty accurate so order your size.
