This is the third cartridge I have bought from you. The first one didn't work at all so I sent it back. I took another one, I thought this one was defective. This only lasted about 3 months and the print quality was poor. Ink smudges, too light, etc. I just installed a third one (which I bought thinking the second one would work) and my printer doesn't recognize it at all. Unfortunately, my return period expired 2 days ago 😡
