Won't turn on after 5 weeks

Worked fine from September 27, 2020 to October. November 31, 2020 Error November 1, 2020 The device could not be turned on. (no red light). Plugged in on the other side and still not turned on. He died after 5 weeks. I spent $33 on an unreliable device. DO NOT buy this item.
