The only thing that helps with sweaty thighs is a body wash with Shea Moisture Papaya shower gel and vitamin C (it doesn't smell great to me, but in a bottle it's almost magical for my ailments). I would compare this cream to the Desitin brand but it kinda feels on the skin and stays oily. A protective cream should be enough, but a strange feeling of fat. It must either gain and lose fat or stay there, but not both at the same time.
