While it's a little weird and maybe a design flaw, it still works great as it's easy to take off and show to a cop and I actually work great for demonstrating proof of age in a grocery or liquor store without the license too remove. . The wallet was definitely too thick and difficult to fold at first, especially since I had a total of 15 credit cards and IDs. However, it now stays folded and thinner after being used for a week. I wouldn't want to use the zip pocket to hold more than one bill or maybe a key as this wallet is definitely thicker than my previous wallet but will likely be more durable for that reason. Seems good if you don't want a thin wallet
