I bought this shampoo with the intention of improving the condition of my hair. I have very long curly hair up to my butt so I really need a good shampoo because I have LOTS of hair. When I first used this shampoo I noticed that I was losing a lot of hair. I didn't think anything of it. Then, throughout the day, from a hand touch, the hair continued to fall out, much more than usual. Fortunately, the fallout stopped after about a day. Then came the terrible itching all over my scalp. There is no relief even after using my regular shampoo and harsh scrub. I don't see any redness or scales, but the itching is so obvious that there is no relief. I am very frustrated because this product is expensive and I was looking forward to this shampoo for myself but it just made me very concerned about my scalp. I hope the itching goes away soon because in 20 years of my life I have never had a problem with my hair or scalp. This product seems to work for a lot of people, maybe it's because I have sensitive skin. I will not use this product again. At least the smell is pleasant and lathers very gently, which is a good sign for a shampoo.
