Pretty decent mount

Attaches to the tire carrier on my Xrc Atlas rear bumper behind the tire at 45 degrees Clears the rear of my jeep and seems to have a solid mount on it the only thing I doubt is the locking screws should engage when screwing in the jacking screws.
