The phone came in good condition but the battery was not at 80% but at 25% and not charging. I called the manufacturer the same day it arrived and was told that if I took it to a Samsung repair shop they could fix it as it is under warranty. Samsung stayed, out of warranty so I asked Revain to call the manufacturer and he was very rude and said "That's life that happens." I didn't want a full refund just a difference to fix the problem fix and make things easier. He wouldn't let me talk thinking I just wanted him to send me another note without returning the defective one. I told him that wasn't the case and he ended up hanging up on Revane and me. Will not be purchased unless shipped and sold by Revain.
