Neither one locks or unlocks from the inside
System is flawed as i have installed both lock sets and while the key lock side works as it should i have been not able to lock or unlock them from the inside I’ve tried turning the inside handle upside down and interchanged parts to no avail as soon as I get a replacement I plan to return these
- Great to have different keys for each room
- The product is heavy and bulky, making it difficult to transport and maneuver during installation
