Not happy with the description saying the technique is outdated and that's the only reason I bought it! Other (later) reviews even say it is, so I'm trying to contact customer service or the store. I only wanted it because it had seams that could be removed for next season. It didn't! Disappointed with the listing and mixed reviews.
