Review on DANDY ScooperDuper Folding Food Scooper by Jamie Rios

I admit I chop and cut a lot so this product is very useful to me. What I like most about this bucket is that it feels solid. I chop a lot of garlic. I made small cuts on myself with a knife when I pushed the garlic off the knife. Now I use the edge of the shoulder blade. Works perfectly! I'm sure the manufacturer wouldn't say that, but it works and the paddle is intact. Even if I pick up some chopped onions, garlic, chopped eggs, shredded chicken, celery, potatoes, etc., I know a shovel can handle it. There is a spot in the middle of the handle where you can bend the shovel if you wish. I personally never do that. But I can see where some people will find it useful. I've found that I can use it to cut and start cooking faster and faster. I bought one for each of my daughters. They don't cook as much as I do and they tell me they use it at least a couple of times a week if not more. I forgot there is nothing to clean.
