Glue sticks work great. They melt evenly and are mostly comfortable and transparent. There were some yellow ones in the bag and I used them and they aren't that crispy but not to the point where it's really noticeable. Definitely worth it for the quantity and price you get. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed
