Nothing for people who work on the street.
At a temperature of 40-45 degrees, hands get cold in 30 minutes. The gloves appear to be well made, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who will be outside for more than a few minutes. They won't keep your fingers warm for long. To be honest, I haven't found gloves for a reasonable price. I just wish they would call them cold weather. From home to the car or from the car to where you feel comfortable. If you work in the cold, not very much.
