I wish I had read more reviews especially with pictures. Claims to be a front tie but the tie is not genuine; There's no way to customize if you need better support. I actually thought I originally got a different style because the tie was tied at the bottom when I received it. It's flattering to tie properly, but I'm 34B and felt the ribs were too tight. I also got a medium to try but it was too big. I seem to be between sizes, which is often the case. Looks good but had to return due to sizing issues.
