Someone pushed the wrong button and reprogrammed. out .

Someone pressed the wrong key and reprogrammed it. of 4 in this house including 2 teenagers we can't find a reprogramming manual anywhere online. NOT EASY TO USE FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE. Went in the trash after a month.
