You get what you pay for. Bought to replace another similar chair that creaked and had worn out bearings. The old chair lasted about a year and a half. This chair arrived and the ottoman had one of its support legs broken in half, the box was fine so it wasn't a shipping issue. Revain has solved this problem. The chair is used daily for about 4 hours a day. 4 months have passed and he has already started to creak. They seem to be using a really cheap bearing and the lubrication doesn't last long. Well, another glider chair bites the dust. Wouldn't buy anything else.
