Review on BESTEK Gooseneck Holder IPhone Galaxy by Devin Pishey

I have changed my original 5 star rating. Having used this since October, or at least trying to use it, here are some issues. It's not as stable as other reviewers claim. I have several other flex neck phone/camera holders and this particular one doesn't want to stay in place after it's installed. It seems less than the weight of my iPhone 7. So I'm constantly trying to adjust it. Also, today was the FIRST time I tried to use a suction cup and the ball literally came loose as I positioned the tool. I have several other gooseneck positioners and camera mounts and have never broken or messed up one like I did with this one. I've already used up my return shipping money so I'm not expecting to get it back but felt I should leave detailed feedback on how it's held up for three months. I would not recommend this at all.
